Consultation: FREE 20 minutes

Initial Intake/ Diagnostic Evaluation:  $200/ session

Individual/Couples/Family: $160 (per 60 minute session)

Adjusted Counseling Rates Per Session

30 minutes: $80

45 minutes: $120

75 minutes: $200

90 minutes: $240

Clinical Supervision

Masters-Level Interns: FREE

Postgraduate Licensees: $120/ 60-minutes

$15/ each 15-minute block past this hour

Late Cancellation/ No Show Policy

Late cancellations are cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. The cost of the first late cancellation or no-show is waived. However, each late cancellation or no-show afterward will incur a $50 fee.

Payment

We require a credit card to be kept on file to process payments. Our integrated and secure system uses Stripe, which can accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept HSA and FSA cards.

Insurance

The insurances accepted at this practice are Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, Optum/United Healthcare, Oxford, and Oscar.

Out-of-Network Benefits

A superbill would be provided if you would like to use out-of-network benefits. Please review your rights to a good faith estimate for healthcare costs. Review the No Surprise Act for additional information.

Sliding Scale Fee

Sliding scale fees are based on income and are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. These spots are limited and may have a waitlist.
